MOONG DAL  PAYASAM This is very delicious and tasty dish  for any Festive celebration    simple ingredients we need to prepare  INGREDIENTS: MOONG DAL - 250 gm GHEE- 5 TABLE SPOON JAGGERY - 200 gm CASHEW NUT -20 NOS DRY GRAPES - 20 gm CARDAMOM-4 NOS COCONUT MILK 3-CUP Recipe Description Take a pan and free heat and add 2 table spoon of ghee and rost moong-dal till it turn into gold and brown and add water one is to three cpu cook till the dal to be mush  then add jaggery till it melt and add cardamom power  and take pan and free heat and add ghee and fry cashew-nut and add into moong-dal mixer and mix it well and add coconnut milk mix it for 2 sec swich off your stove  and your moong-dal payasam is ready to serve  hope you will enjoy dessest HAVE A NICE DAY
